Shipping FAQs
All shipping cost including packing.
We always do our best to ship prints as soon as possible but please allow for following processing and delivery timeframe:
- Australia: 1-2 week for print production + 3-6 business days for delivery.
- Major Global Destinations: 1-2 week for production + 8-12 business days for delivery.
- Oceania & Other Countries: 1-2 week for production + Delivery can vary between 8-25 business days.
- Note: We are not accountable for carrier delays or any tax/duties upon arrival.
All artwork is insured for its value during shipping. Insurance is not included in the price table below but is compulsory when ordering and will be added in the checkout and this protect both you and us if something happens during shipping. Insurance is free for the first $100 and charged at an additional $AUD4 per additional $100 value.
Should any artwork be lost or damaged, please contact us. Once the shipper pays out the insurance claim, we can offer replacements for prints.
International Shipping
We can ship anywhere in the world. If your country does not appear in teh list at checkout, get in touch with us. To work out shipping prices for countries that are not listed when at checkout, use the AusPost Calculator to work out shipping price, deduct 15% from this and add $13.20 (packaging and handling).
International orders are available for prints and small originals and are shipped via Australia Post. A shipping quote will be estimated for larger works or to upgrade to expedite shipping. Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery (or more if it gets held up in customs). We are not responsible for international taxes and duties.
Packaging
A2 and smaller we use clear archival Polly BOPP (clear
archival cellophane) bags.
Anything larger, we use buffered Acid-free tissue or Glassine.
Tubes + Mailers
A3 and smaller we use flat-packs, larger prints are rolled in a tube.
